Scan & Capture

SLNX Scan & Capture can process documents and distribute them to various destinations such as emails, network folders, printers, and file servers or stored the documents in a shared folder on the network or a folder, on an FTP or a WebDAV server.

Document sources can be:

• scans using a device
• an incoming fax
• images sent from a mobile device
• images placed into a monitor folder

You can create job processing workflows that support the document flow from scanning to delivery according to business details and objectives. Once you push the workflows to target devices, users can then tap the workflows on the device to convert documents to electronic format and deliver them to specified digital locations.
