Activate the License
To use SLNX, activate the license using a product key. Choose from the base license (required) for use of the basic functions or additional license to add more specific functions. For details about the license, see "List of Licenses and Functions" in the Administrator's Guide.
A 60-day trial license is available. For details, contact a Ricoh service representative. When the trial license is within two weeks of expiring, a notification is displayed after you log in to the Management Console. Purchase a base license before the trial license expires.

Log in to the Management Console.
The default login name is "admin" and the password field is blank. Remember to change the password immediately after you login.

When performing online activation in an environment using a proxy server to connect to the Internet, configure the proxy server.

Navigate to [System] → [Server Settings] → [Network Settings].

Configure the proxy server.

Click [Save].

Navigate to [System] → [Server Settings] → [Activation/Usage Report].

Click [Add].

Configure the following items to perform activation:

Single: Activate a single license only

Batch: Activate a batch license. If you choose Batch, the Product Key field changes to the File Path button. Click Choose Files to browse to the location of the license batch file.
To activate licenses in batch format, enter each license key on a separate line of a plain text file. The file format to import must be plain text.
Activation Type -
Online: Perform the activation online.

Offline: If the Core Server cannot connect to the Internet, perform the activation offline. From a computer connected to the Internet, navigate to the Ricoh license management website (https:// licensemanagement.ricoh.com/aui/), and obtain the license code.
Product Key/File Path If activating a single license, enter the product key. If entering a batch of licenses, click Choose files to locate the file containing the license information. License Code When activating the software offline, enter the license code obtained from the Ricoh license management website. Country Select the country to use. Company
Displays the organization name.

Click [OK].

On the "Activation: Usage Report" window, click [Yes].
License Deactivation
In some cases (such as server migration) you may need to deactivate a license to use it again in the future on other hardware. To deactivate a license:

Login to the Management console and navigate to [System] ® [Server Settings] ® [Activation/Usage Report].

Select the license to deactivate, and click [Remove].

Choose either Online or Offline deactivation method - use offline if the Core Server cannot connect to the internet.

To complete the process, you should also browse to the Ricoh license management website (https://licensemanagement.ricoh.com/aui/) and follow the instructions to continue the deactivation process.
