Authentication Agent

When you are setting up an LDAP authentication profile that connects to an LDAP configured in cloud, you need to assign authentication agents to the profile so cloud LDAP can communicate to on-premise services. These agents can be created in System menu and you can add them later in How to add Auth Agent to LDAP Profile.

  1. Click [System] → [Security] → [Authentication Agent].

This tab will only appear if SSL is enabled.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Enter the name of the authentication agent.

  4. Click (Choose Files) then select an Agent Security Certificate.

  5. Click (Import).

The auth agent is displayed on the list with the following information
