Set DM Agent Polling

Specify the polling settings for devices managed by the Delegation Server in the cloud.

To configure polling for Delegation Server-managed device, go to Create a Polling Task.

The polling results for devices managed by the Delegation Server in the cloud are not displayed in the task log and in [System] → [Scheduled Tasks].

1. Go to [Discovery & Polling] → [SLNX DM Agent] → [Polling].

2. Set the following.

   Item	Description
   Status Polling	[Status Polling] Specify whether to enable Status Polling. When you select [On], specify [Check Interval] and [Heart Beat]. [Check Interval] Specify how often SLNX DM Agent checks the device status. If any change is detected, a notification is sent to the Delegation Server. [Heart Beat] Specify how often SLNX DM Agent posts the device status to the Delegation Server.
   Supplies Polling	[Supplies Polling] Specify whether to enable Supplies Polling. When you select [On], specify [Check Interval]. [Check Interval] Specify how often SLNX DM Agent checks the device status. If any change is detected, a notification is sent to the Delegation Server.
   Counter Polling / Detailed Counter Polling	[Counter Polling / Detailed Counter Polling] Specify whether to enable Counter Polling / Detailed Counter Polling. When you select [On], specify [Time of Day]. [Time of Day] Specify the time to poll counters and detailed counters.
   Other Polling	[Other Polling] Specify whether to enable Other Polling. When you select [On], specify [Time of Day]. [Time of Day] Specify the time to perform Other Polling.
   Security Settings Polling	[Security Settings Polling] Specify whether to enable Security Settings Polling. When you select [On], specify [Time of Day]. [Time of Day] Specify the time to perform Security Settings Polling.
   User Counter Polling	[User Counter Polling] Specify whether to enable User Counter Polling. When you select [On], specify [Time of Day]. [Time of Day] Specify the time to poll the user counter.

3. Click (Save).
