Cancel job on logout |

The machine administrator's account must be configured properly to use this function. For details about account configuration, refer to Configure Access Accounts. The canceled job is also deleted from the Delegation Server and RICOH Streamline NX PC Client. This function is not available for laser printers not equipped with Smart Operation Panel or 4.3-inch screen. A user with read and write privilege on SNMPv2 should exist on the device. |
Show Cost Information Before Printing |
Specify whether to display the cost of a print job and balance in the notification dialog on the operation panel of the machine before printing. This function is available when using the PCL 6 Driver for Universal Print version 4.20 or later and is not available for laser printers not equipped with a 4.3- inch screen. To make an accurate cost estimation, the printer driver of client computers also should be configured as follows:
|
Show Cost Information on Job List |
Specify whether to display the estimated job cost on the job list of the device's operation panel. This function is only available for devices equipped with Smart Operation Panel. If the cost estimate fails, the individual job cost is not displayed and total cost is displayed as "0". In this case, contact your RICOH service representative. |
Show A Popup For Incompatible Jobs |
Specify whether to display a confirmation dialog on the operation panel when a user tries to print a job with a property incompatible with the device, such as:
If the supported colors on a twin color device and the colors specified in the print job do not match, the confirmation dialog is not displayed. Confirm the paper size settings for the trays every time you perform Secure Printing. |
Prevent Auto Logout During Printing |
Specify whether to prevent auto logout while secure print jobs are processing. This function is only available for devices equipped with Smart Operation Panel. This setting is not applicable to the print jobs stored in external systems. |
Prevent Manual Logout During Printing |
Specify whether to prevent manual logout while there are jobs that have not been sent to the device when [Cancel job on logout] is set to [On printer error]. This function is only available for devices equipped with Smart Operation Panel. This setting is not applicable to the print jobs stored in external systems. |
Port Name Filter |
Enter one or more port names to filter jobs. If entering more than one port name, use a comma to separate the values. The port names must match exactly (case-sensitive) with the port name being filtered. All characters (except a comma) can be used as part of a port name. Jobs submitted to the secure print queue, and associated with this embedded print profile, are subject to filtering based on this field. Only print jobs sent to an identified port can be printed from the associated MFP. |
Device Secure Print |
Specify whether Device Secure Print, Server Secure Print, or Client Secure Print jobs are displayed in the job list on the operation screen of devices.
|
Disable Delete and Set on Job List |
Specify if the user can adjust print settings (quantity, color, etc.) or delete a print job once the print job is in the user's print queue on the MFP. You must also enter an expression for file name matching in the File Name Regex field. When this option is enabled (checked), the user cannot make any adjustments to matching submitted print jobs at the MFP because the Set and Delete buttons are disabled on the MFP panel.
|
Release All Jobs at Login |
Specify whether to release all Secure Print jobs when the user logs in to the device. When this function is enabled, a screen to notify the user that the device starts printing all jobs after a specified period of time is displayed. The user can cancel printing while this screen is displayed.
To use this function, [Prioritized Application] in [Configuration] → [Streamline NX Embedded Settings] → [Embedded Authentication] must be set to [SLNX Secure Print]. Otherwise, [Release All Jobs at Login] will be executed when SLNX Secure Print is launched for the first time after login. This function is not available for devices equipped with the Standard Operation Panel. This function is not available with Guest Login. Delegated jobs are not printed even if this function is enabled. |
Auto Job Cancel Timer |
Specify whether to cancel Secure Print or Direct Print jobs after a certain period of time when an error occurs. This function is only available for devices equipped with a Smart Operation Panel. When this function is enabled, you can specify the period of time from 10 to 999 seconds. If [Cancel job on logout] is set to [On printer error], the [Cancel job on logout] setting has priority over the [Auto Job Cancel Timer] setting. |
