Select the Destination Folder
This screen appears when configuring any server type.

Right click the installer and Run as Administrator.

Select the language to use for the installation and click [OK].
You cannot change the language settings after the initial installation. To change the display language, you must uninstall and reinstall SLNX, changing the language selection during the installation. This language selection is independent of the regional language setting on the machine, meaning that you can run the software in Japanese even if the machine’s regional setting is English. The display language in the Management Console will use the browser's language settings by default if it is a supported language. Otherwise, the language defaults to the system language.

Click [Next].

Read the entire software license agreement. If you agree, select [I accept the terms in the license agreement], and then click [Next].

On the "Customer Information" screen, enter your user name and organization name, and click [Next].
You can enter any string for the user name and organization name. The user name is stored in the registry. The organization name is sent to the Ricoh server when the software is activated, or a usage report is sent.

On the "Destination Folder" screen, specify the installation folders:

Install Streamlne NX to: Installation destination of the system files

Data storage path: Data file storage used as the repository. Stores report templates, dashboard templates, and database information of Delegation Servers.

Log storage path: Location to store all log files used for debugging.

Service runtime temporary storage path:Path used to temporarily write files during installation. Ricoh recommends adding the suffix runtime\ to the path to ensure resiliency in terms of Shared Data settings. These files are removed automatically when the installation is complete.
If at any time you decide to transfer data from one source to another, you can use the Data Folder Transfer to automate the data transfer.
The save destinations for data and log files are not deleted when SLNX is uninstalled, and it can be used again after SLNX is re-installed. Delete the data manually if it is not required.

Click [Next] to proceed to the Select Setup Type screen.
