Reports

Use the report function to create various types of reports. This function collects data on the device status, counter (counter by the user, etc.), job logs, power consumed, and document usage volume. For details, refer to Report Types.

Log in to the RICOH Streamline NX using an account with reports role to use the report functions. Here are the types of accounts that can be used.

• Report Admin: creating report templates, creating and displaying reports, displaying dashboards, and saving custom dashboards.
• Report User: displaying reports, creating and displaying dashboards.

Other roles can be assigned with reports privileges, refer to Create a Custom Role.
