Create a Print Rule
- Click [Workflow] → [Print Rules].
- Click [Add].
To create a new rule based on an existing rule, click [Copy].

On the [General] tab, enter the name and description of the print rule.

Select whether to apply rules to target users/groups or to non-target users/groups.

Select [On] to enable the print rule.

Click the [Criteria] tab.

Configure the conditions for performing actions.
Click [Add] to add a condition. Select a condition from the drop-down list.
Click [Remove] to delete a condition.
For details about the conditions that can be set, refer to Print Rule Conditions.

Specify how to apply conditions from [Match All], [Match Any], and [Match None].

Click the [Action] tab.

To display a confirmation message before performing an action, select [Show Pop Up Messages Before Applying Actions] under [Confirm].
To display the cost information on the confirmation window, select [Include Cost Information].

Specify the action to be applied when a condition is met.
For the actions that can be specified, refer to Print Rule Actions

To specify a user to be associated or not to be associated with the rule, click the [Target Users/Groups] tab.

Click (Add Group) or (Add User).
To delete all users, click (Delete All). To delete a specific user or user group, select the user or user group to and click (Delete Selected Entries).
Select [Yes] on the confirmation window.

On the [Target Groups] or [Select User] window, select the user or user group to be associated or not to be associated with the rule. Click [OK].

To specify a device to be associated or not to be associated with the rule, click the [Target Device Groups] tab.

Click [Add (Target Group)] or [Add (Target Device)].
To delete all devices, click (Delete All). To delete a specific device or device group, select the device or device group and click (Delete Selected Entries).
Select [Yes] on the confirmation window.

On the [Target Groups] or [Select Device] window, select the device or device group to be associated or not to be associated with the rule. Click [OK].

Click [Save].
The specified rules are distributed to the Delegation Server and SLNX PC Client.
