Document Scanning and Delivery Troubleshooting
This chart describes the possible causes of and solutions to take when a problem occurs during scanning or delivery while the SLNX delivery functions is used.

Check that the device being used supports the specified values. If the document to be scanned has numerous pages, divide it into several jobs. |

"Cannot use because the settings are incomplete." is displayed on the operation screen of the device. |
