Delete a Print Document

  1. Display the print document list screen.

For details about displaying the print document list screen, refer to Print a Secure Document from an MFP or Print a Secure Document with a Laser Printer.

  1. Select the document to delete.

More than one document can be selected at a time.

  1. Press [Delete].

  2. When the confirmation message is displayed, press [Yes].

  • You cannot perform other operations or log out when deleting a document.
  • When deleting a Device Secure Print job from the print document list screen, an error message may be displayed even if the deletion has been successful.
