View a Delegation Server Job/Error Queue

The Job Queue provides details about the status of Capture and Print jobs managed by a particular Delegation Server. You can either view or download the list of jobs in error as needed.

  1. Click [System][Server Management][Server Grou p].
  2. Click on one or more Delegation Servers to select them.

    If you select more than one Delegation Server and then click Job Queue, an additional column appears in the Job Queue and Error Queue screens called "Delegation Server". This functionality can help when troubleshooting to easily view which Delegation Server a problem may be occurring on.

  4. The Job Queue screen provides two tabs: Capture and Print. Each tab provides different options and data accordingly. The items in the queue are sorted to show the newest entries to the oldest entries.
  5. To download Capture error logs, ensure the Queue type is set to [Error Queue].
  6. Click Export CSV .
  7. In the pop-up screen, enable the Log per job checkbox to create an entry per job in error and also select the character encoding for the log output. Click [OK] to proceed with the download.

The log is saved to CSV format using the file name format "<Delegation Server Name>_error_jobs.zip". The Delegation server name is included as a column in the downloaded log.
