General Settings
DocuWare Server URL
Specify the URL where the DocuWare Server is configured.
"/", "\" or "." at the end of URL are omitted when connecting to the server.
Authentication Method
Specify the authentication method to be used when creating a DocuWare Login token.

Proxy User: Enter User Name and Password to be used to log in and create a DocuWare Login token.

Login User: The login user information of RICOH Streamline NX is used for authentication.
Test Connection
Checks the connection to the DocuWare Server.
When connection is successful, [Destination Type] can be set.
Document Trays
From the drop-down list, select the Document Tray to which to deliver documents.
To display all available Document Trays on the operation panel of the device, select [Select on device] or leave it blank.
File Cabinets
From the drop-down list, select the File Cabinet to which to deliver documents.
To display all available File Cabinets on the operation panel of the device, select [Select on device] or leave it blank.
When File Cabinet is selected for [Destination Type], specify [Store Dialog].
Store Dialog
When [File Cabinets] is selected for [Destination Type], select a Store Dialog.
To display all available store types on the operation panel of the device, select [Select on device] or leave it blank.
HTTP Proxy Server IP Address
Enter the IP address or hostname of the proxy server.
Click [Test] to check the connection to the proxy server that has been entered. Authentication tests are not performed using the entered user name and password.

Port No.: Enter the port number to be used. The default port number is 8080.

Account: Enter the login account to be used for logging in to the proxy server.

Password: Enter the account password.
Document Settings
Document Property Presets
This displays the list of document property presets.
Add, Edit, Delete
Use these buttons to add a new Document Property, edit an existing Document Property, and delete a Document Property.

Add: Adds a new metadata assignment. The [Add Property Settings] screen appears.

Edit: Changes the setting of the selected metadata assignment. The [Edit Property Settings] screen appears.

Delete: Deletes all assigned metadata settings.
To add or edit a new Document Property, a Store Dialog must be selected.
Allow User Modification
Select this check box to allow users to modify the document property presets on the operation screen of the device.
Add/Edit Property Settings
Property Name
Select a property name from the drop-down list which is populated according to the selected Store Dialog.
The supported property data types are Text, Memo, Keyword, Numeric, Decimal, Date, and DateTime.
Property Value
Use one of the following methods to specify the property value:

Select from Existing Metadata: From the basic metadata elements in SLNX, specify a metadata element to be used for the property value. If the data type of the selected property and metadata does not match, document delivery will fail.

Manual Entry: Enter a metadata element manually so that it is used as a property value.
- If the field value is set as a predefined entry on the File Cabinet field screen or set as read only on the Store Dialog fields screen on the DocuWare Server, [Property Value] cannot be specified. It is also disabled on the operation panel of the device.
- If the field is set as "Document Name" on the DocuWare Server, no value is set for that field from Management Console or on the operation panel of the device, and the data type is "Text", the field is populated with the scan job's Document Name when uploading the file. If a value is set for the field, it is displayed as Document Name after the file is uploaded to DocuWare
