User Custom Properties

The custom properties created here are displayed in the user properties in User Management section.

You might have encountered custom properties set in [System] → [Server Settings] → [Display]. Those properties are intended for devices in device properties, while custom properties in [System] → [Security] → [Custom Properties] are for users.

To create a user custom property do the following.

1. Go to [System] → [Security] → [Custom Properties].

2. Click (Add).

3. Enter the name of the custom property.

4. Click (Save).

Where to add a custom property value to the device?

1. After creating the custom properties, go to [User Management] → [Users].

2. Click a user from the list.

3. In the User Properties tab, find the custom properties you created at the bottom fields, just above the LDAP Synchronization.

4. Enter value to the property.

5. Click (Save).
