View a Delegation Server Job/Error Queue

The Job Queue provides details about the status of Capture and Print jobs managed by a particular Delegation Server. You can either view or download the list of jobs in error as needed.

1. Click [System] → [Server Management] → [Server Group].
2. Click on a Delegation Server to select it.

4. The Job Queue screen provides two tabs: Capture and Print. Each tab provides different options and data accordingly.
5. To download Capture error logs, ensure the Queue type is set to Error Queue before proceeding.
6. Click Export.
7. In the pop-up screen, enable the Log per job checkbox to create an entry per job in error and also select the character encoding for the log output. Click [OK] to proceed with the download.

The log is downloaded using the file name format "<Delegation Server Name>_error_jobs.zip". The Delegation server name is included as a column in the downloaded log.
