Retry Connection to Redis

To ensure an attempt to retrieve or store the app login token to or from Redis, four keys can be added to the Advanced System Settings editor. If you find the error code 106 "Failed to connect to Redis service" or 304 "Failed to access to Redis service due to authentication error" within the Windows error log for SLNX, add these keys to the Advanced System Settings editor.

Prior to adding these keys, you can also try the Test connection option under Server Management ®Server Group. Click the Server name, and then locate the Cache Server tab under the Server Properties. Click Test connection to test the cache connection.

  1. Login to Management Console as admin with Custom Engineer role. Please see Create a Custom Role for more details.

  2. Click [System] → [Server Settings] → [Advanced System Settings Editor]. Clear the warning message if you want to proceed.

  3. Click [View] → [Delegation Server Settings].

  4. When applying this change to all Delegation Servers, select [Global Settings]. When applying this change to a specific Delegation Server, select the target Delegation Server rather than Global Settings.

  5. Click [Add] to create each new key and specify the following information:

    Key Type Default Value
