Enable SSL

To enable SSL on the Core Server, Delegation Server, or MIE Server that has been installed with the setting to avoid using SSL, you should install the SSL certificate to those servers and disable HTTP to enable SSL.

Restarting the service is required to complete this setting. If the system is already running, configure the setting on the date when the service can be restarted without disrupting the tasks of users.

Do not disable HTTP until the HTTPS connection is confirmed.

Here is what you can do with enabled SSL.

• Import Root Certification Authorities Certificate

• Install SSL Certificate

• Install an SSL Certificate for Delegation or MIE Server

• Disable HTTP Connection

• Connect Core Server and External Database with SSL/TLS

• Enable TLS1.1, TLS1.0, SSLv3, SSLv2Hello Protocols

• Encryption Algorithms and Default Settings
