Secure Print & Delivery from a Mobile Device

Users can perform the following operations on a mobile device. Downloads for the RICOH Streamline NX mobile app and the RICOH Streamline NX Device Manager app are available in the app store for each platform.

Feature	Description	Requirements
Secure document print	Users can access the list of secure print jobs and release them from a selected device. Print jobs are stored in advance on the Delegation Server, on each local device, or SLNX PC Client. Users can print documents to the Delegation Server from an app on a mobile device via the MIE.	Users must install the RICOH Streamline NX mobile app Refer to Configure a Workflow Profile Associated With a Device for secure print configuration tasks. For details about storing secure print jobs, refer to Manage the Secure Print Job List.
Delivering documents using workflows	Administrators can create workflows in the management console that can deliver images captured with/or stored on a mobile device.	Users must install the RICOH Streamline NX mobile app Refer to Scan & Capture Configuration Workflow.
Managing devices	Administrators can check the status and information of devices registered to SLNX.	Requires the SLNX Device Manager app. Refer to Configure the SLNX Device Manager App.
Sending print jobs	Users can print from an app on their mobile device to SLNX	Refer to the SLNX MFP User Guide for details.
Mobile Intranet Extender	This server software component identifies users on mobile devices, performs routing of the print jobs sent from mobile devices to the Delegation Server, and sends feedback on the print job status	Installation option when installing the Delegation Server. Refer to the Installation Guide.

Document delivery using a mobile device is not available for OIDC login users.
To print from a smart device, PCL emulation must be supported on the printing device.
Japanese version of the Streamline NX Mobile Application is currently not provided.
