Document Processing Overview

As shown below, documents are processed and delivered by either a Delegation Server or a device. You can develop job processing workflows that are then displayed on target MFP screens.

Users can press the desired workflow button to start the delivery process.

To monitor a specified folder (Monitor Folder) on a Delegation Server or network and automatically import and deliver stored files, you require a license for Scan & Capture Input Connector. For details, refer to List of Licenses and Functions.

Configure the days of the week and time periods that the delivery function is enabled for. For details, refer to the [Capture] tab in Manage Server Groups.
