Copy Existing Workflow

Use the following procedure to create a new workflow based on an existing workflow:

1. Click [Workflow] → [Workflow Design].

2. Select the workflow to copy, and then click (Copy).
3. Select the copied workflow in the workflow list, and click (Edit).

The workflow name is automatically added to the copied workflow with the format "<original- workflow-name>_<date-in-system-setting-format>". You can change the workflow name.

4. Edit the workflow.

5. Click (Save) in the workflow list.

You cannot change [Job Processing Location] on the [General] tab.
