View Reports
The saved destination of a created report file varies depending on [Delivery Methods] that was specified for the report task.
- [Save on Server]: the created report files were stored in the server of RICOH Streamline NX.
- [Save on Disk]: the created report files were stored in a shared folder on the network.
- [Send by Email]: the created reports were sent by e-mail and stored in the e-mail storage area of the destination user.

When [Save on Disk] or [Send by Email] is specified in [Delivery Methods] of a report, SysConfigWrite privileges are required to add a save location or destination. For details, contact the system administrator.

Cost Information displayed in the report
When printing to a monochrome machine, different Original Costs may be displayed despite having the same job settings when the document is printed and the same actual output.
When printing color pages to a monochrome printer, the output is always in black and white. However, if it is determined that RICOH Streamline NX applied the forced monochrome print rule to the job, the Original Cost displays the value calculated using the information at the time when the job was spooled. If it is determined that the forced monochrome print rule is not applied to the job, the Original Cost displays the same value as the Real Cost. The Real Cost is always calculated according to the output pages regardless of print rule application or whether the machine is a color or a monochrome model.
