Create a Custom Widget

Custom widgets can only be viewed by the admin who created them.

1. Login to Performance Monitor.

2. Expand the service and select the server where you want to add the widget.

3. In the [Detail Pane], click the (Edit) button.

   Clicking the (Edit) button will display the widget selection, (Add), and (Save) buttons.

   You can see the existing widgets turned into tables with the list of performance counters it uses to create the graphs.

4. From the [Widget] dropdown menu, select the widget you want to create.

5. Click [Add].

6. The widget is added to the Details Pane’s body, and it is named “Untitled”.

7. From the List Pane, select the performance counter then drag and drop it to the widget you just created. You can add multiple performance counters in the widget.

8. Click [Save].
