Supported Printer Drivers

The following printer drivers are supported:

Delegation Server

While you can install a printer driver specific to each Ricoh model, the recommended print driver is the RICOH Universal Print Driver, which supports current devices. RICOH Universal Print Driver supports PCL and PS language, and these are provided as individual printer drivers. These drivers can be shared on models that support PCL or PS language.

• LAN fax driver: Direct printing only. Print rules do not apply.

• Generic PS Printer macOS: macOS 10.14, 10.15, 11.2, 12.0.

• Be sure to use RICOH Generic PS Printer included in all model-specific PPD installers downloadable from the RICOH website.  Download and install a macOS printer driver using the PPD installer first, create the printer object, and select "Generic PS Printer".

• Once the printer object is created, open the printer settings and configure the SLNX username in [User Authentication] settings.

• If the login username is the same as the SLNX username, the host loginname is auto populated in authentication settings.

To send print job to the Delegation Server in the cloud using SLNX Server Secure Print Port (HTTP(S)), a RICOH PCL6 Driver for Universal Print is required.
