Manage the Streamline NX PC Client Settings

You can configure RICOH Streamline NX PC Client settings using the Management Console and distribute them to RICOH Streamline NX PC Client installed on client computers.

This option is only available to users with the SysConfigWrite access privilege. For details about privileges, refer to Role Privileges.

Configure PC Client Global Settings

You can specify whether to allow users to switch location profiles for their SLNX PC Clients. When allowed, the users can select a profile from those stored in the Delegation Server that their SLNX PC Clients access.

1. Go to [Configuration] → [Streamline NX PC Client Settings] → [PC Client Global Settings].

2. Specify whether SLNX PC Client users are allowed to switch location profiles.

   When [Allow user to change location profile] is enabled, the values set by SLNX NX PC Client users have higher priority over the values set in the distributed profile.

   If enabling [Prompt on Each Print] for Authentication in Configure PC Client Location Profiles, do not enable this setting.

3. Click (Save).
