Prerequisites

• CAC/PIV is supported on specific Ricoh models with version 2.0 or 2.5. of the SOP Panel. It is not supported on models with the version 1.0 SOP Panel.   For the latest supported models, confirm with a Ricoh Sales person.
• You must have Full Admin Role for login credentials to SLNX version 3.241+ to perform the tasks described in this content.
• A RICOH Streamline NX v3 CAC Connector license must be applied in SLNX version 3.241+. The CAC/PIV Configuration options appear only after the license is applied. Ensure you logout of Streamline NX after applying the license to refresh the interface and view the CAC/PIV options.
