Description

Administrator Account

Select the primary administrator account.

Profile Name

If you configure a device using the Profile selected in this item, the selected Profile will be also applied to the Access Account Settings selected for the device in [Device List].

User Name

The user name of the administrator account is displayed.

Password

The masked password of the administrator account is displayed.

Encryption Password

The masked encryption password is displayed. Click [Change] to change it.

Administrator 2–4

Name

Select the user name of the administrator account.

Password

Specify the administrator's password.

Access

Specify the management category of a device functions.

Encryption Password

The masked encryption password is displayed. Click [Change] to change it.

Supervisor

Password

Specify the supervisor's password.

 

Administrator Authentication

Description

En/disable Network Administrator

Specify whether to authenticate network administrators.

Network Administrator Authentication

If you select [On] for an item, that item will be authenticated. You can select multiple items.

En/disable User Administrator

Specify whether to authenticate user administrators.

User Administrator Authentication

Select [On] for the user administrator, and then [Administrator Tools] to authenticate a user administrator.

Specify whether to authenticate file administrators.

Select [On] for the user administrator, and then [Administrator Tools] to authenticate a user administrator.
